Finance Manager Fast Growth Property Tech StartUp (Venture Capital Backed) The Client Harmonic are delighted to be working exclusively with an incredibly fast growth Property Technology startup who are backed by one the worlds leading Venture Capital Funds (they have backed 3 well known Tech Unicorns to date). With a global presence covering the UK, Europe and the US a recent fundraise is driving consolidation in these markets as well as the delivery of a major expansion strategy into developing countries. Our client is also launching a number of new innovative services to drive continued growth into other sub sectors of the market and have recently agreed some major commercial contracts (multi million £). They have recently moved into a brandnew office in Central London. The team consists of an experienced exec level and predominantly young, smart, ambitious people who are motivated by driving the business forward. They have had company days out including BakeOff and WhiteWater Rafting in the last couple of months The Role The Finance Manager (Newly Qualified) will have an incredibly broad role managing large pieces of the Finance function and supporting the Financial Controller and CFO to drive the growth of the business providing best in class business partnering and commercial support to leadership teams. The role: - Manage the monthly close process and the production of management accounts - Support the implementation of processes and systems to support the business as it scales - Provide detailed and insightful P&L analysis - Business Partner with multiple business unit leaders providing analysis and decision support - Support the production of forecasting, planning and budgeting (FP&A) - Support the FC and CFO with improving the financial model - Ensure the company is operating under robust financial controls - Responsibility for daytoday Finance working closely with the Finance Assistant (bookkeeping, AP, AR and VAT returns) - Key contact with Auditors managing year end statutory reporting (IFRS) - Support the CFO and FC with multiple adhoc projects including future fundraises, international expansion projects and strategic planning - Build and manage a team as the business scales Required Experience: - Excited by Tech startups - Love working in a fastpaced environment - An eye for improving and setting up processes - Highly intelligent and adaptable - Excellent Communication Skills - Commercially astute - Confident Engaging with multiple NonFinance Stakeholders Preferred Backgrounds/ experience: - Newly Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) Offered Package: - £50,000 £55,000 Share Options - Start Date ASAP (can wait 3 months for the right person) Please get in touch at or give me a call on .
