Purchase Ledger Clerk required in Kingston Upon Thames - Monday Friday - 37.5 hours per week - £20,000 £22,000 DOE Our Client requires a Purchase Ledger Clerk / Assistant of the highest calibre to join their team at their Vehicle Dealership in Kingston Upon Thames. Duties include: - Process invoices for customer orders against manufacturer product list. - Maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger. - Daily and Monthly Bank Reconciliations. - Processing BACS payments and preparing cheques. - Paying out money for cash/cheque payments, some BACS payments too. - Work out VAT payments. - Ensuring all paperwork is filed correctly and general accounts duties. Basic salary will be based on experience and qualifications although likely to be around £22,000 per annum. The ideal candidate will have previous Purchase Ledger experience and preferably Kerridge experience.
