We are looking for an experienced purchase ledger clerk to join a busy finance department for a retail business based on the Team Valley. The role will involve: Setting up up new supplier accounts Coding expense forms Matching, coding and inputting purchase invoices Reconciling supplier statements Processing company invoices for payments Posting payments Producing BACS payments Petty cash Dealing with invoice queries Assisting with cash book updates Ad-hoc duties as required by the Finance Manager You will be a confident individual who is personable, has good communciation skills with the ability to speak to suppliers on a daily basis. It is vital that you are a confident user of excel and ideally you will have also used an ERP system
