Participate in the DS budget and forecasting process for APS GEO, providing key inputs in quarterly revenue landing estimates, and variance analysis. Manage the financial data quality within his/her scope of activities, including sales pipelines. Assist in provision of financial data and analysis to support growth projects. What will your role be? Scope of work includes FP&A oversight of GEO Finance, HR, Legal, SBA functions and Indirect Sales Channels Conduct yearly budget process in collaboration with all 3DS organizations Geos, channels, brands, Global Functions, Strategy Translate objectives and strategy defined by Management into financial plans Monitor and analyze Actual vs Budgets/Forecasts and vs previous Years. Prepare insightful variances analysis, referring to underlying causes and outlook Collect and consolidate management financial results of areas of responsibility. Contribute to Month End Closing managerial reporting Assist in development of Quarterly Landing estimates by engaging with sales teams and challenging sales pipelines Challenge performance of his/her scope of activities through follow up of relevant KPIs Provide and communicate insightful analysis and dashboards to Business Partners to help identify opportunities/risks and drive action plans as necessary Assist in driving decisions and corrective action plans which result from above-mentioned steps Assist in meaningful analysis of statutory variances, opportunities and risks Your key success factors CA/CPA qualified, with relevant financial analysis experience gained in a Big-4 or MNC. Very strong, demonstrated analytical skills.
