Description

As a Credit Controller & Sales Ledger Administrator based from the Farnham, Surrey office you will be responsible for

  • Responsible for group debt collection so it involves different customer/ledger profiles
  • Debt collection by telephone and email
  • Processing daily receipts and allocating of customer funds
  • Raising and Issuing invoices
  • Reporting debt profile internally to directors
  • Liaising and bridging data flow between internal team and customers
  • Profile

  • Strong background in Credit Control and cash allocation
  • Experience using the Sage50 system is highly desirable
  • Strong Excel and Word skills
  • Highly numerate
  • Highly organised
  • Strong time management skills
  • Job Offer

    Salary £25k - £28k, potentially £29k/£30k depending on experience. Discretionary Performance Bonus, Study Support package if needed but you don't need to be studying. 20 days holiday per year plus 8 bank holidays, Nest Auto-enrolment pension, free parking

    Hours of works are 8 per day, 9am to 5.30pm with 30 minute lunch or 8.30am to 5.00pm with 30 minutes lunch if preferred.
