Based in the West End of London this well-established Retail business are now looking to add an experienced Accounts Receivable Assistant / Credit Controller to their expanding finance team. Based in the heart of London this growing retail firm has gone from strength to strength and would be the perfect fit for someone looking to continue their career within a stable and growing business.

Your new role
This is a temp - perm position. You'll join a team of 4 in Finance. You will report directly into the Financial Controller providing support within with all aspects of credit control and sales ledger including chasing outstanding debt, liaising with other departments to ensure debt is cleared in a timely manner, processing and posting all incoming receipts to the financial system on a daily basis and reconciling and allocating cash when required, along with other finance duties including administration and adhoc accounts payable duties. You must have previously chased wholesale businesses such as Morrison's, Sainsbury's ecc.

What you'll need to succeed
You're able to work in a collaborative and inclusive manner with both colleagues, senior members of staff and clients. You have previous experience in Accounts Receivable and Credit control positions, preferably within the retail industry, having worked for a retail firm in the past, and chased retail/wholesale clients. It is desired that you would have worked with large supermarket chains such as Tesco, Morrison's or Sainsbury's. You're dedicated and hard-working and not afraid of committing to extra hours to ensure deadlines are met. You have the ability to take ownership of a task and ensure you see it through to completion.
