As Head of FP&A you will report directly to the Commercial Finance Director and own the analytical insight into what drives this multi site business.

My client, with offices based in Solihull are a global business that operate from 35 countries, employing over 20,000.
Description
As Head of FP&A reporting directly to the Commercial Finance Directo your duties will include:
- Preparation of the monthly reporting packs: updating reports with the latest results and variances; forming supporting commentary; and meeting corporate deadlines.
- Reviewing and challenging cost centre performance vs forecast to provide clarity over drivers of Group performance to the senior management team.
- Analysing current and past trends in key performance indicators across all areas of expenses and capital expenditure.
- Analysing complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
- Responsibility for the Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modelling processes relating to Group.
Profile
To secure this Head of FP&A role you will be a fully qualified accountant who is technical in training and background with the ability to work with a large data set and provide meaningful insight in an environment of some ambiguity.
