Payroll & Benefits Specialist An exciting new role - Payroll & Benefits Specialist. Working for an exception International Group, based in Oxford, working in an incredible HR Team. Payroll & Benefits Specialist - Role Requirements -
• Responsible for monthly payroll and related reporting.
• Assisting with the production of benefits and related reporting.
• Liaising with third party Benefits and Pensions Providers.
• Assisting with HR reports including Gender Pay Gap Reporting.
• Act as the key point of contact within the HR team for all benefits related queries.
• Manage annual benefits agenda. Experience -
• Excellent Knowledge of Payroll, Pensions and Benefits administration.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with experience of liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent HR & Payroll Systems experience. Payroll & Benefits Specialist - Amazing working environment and benefits, coupled with excellent career prospects.
