Finance Business Partner- London- £500 per day This opportunity is to work for one of the leading transport business going through an exciting period of transformation. The Group CIO has a strong ambition to develop and improve the IT Financial Management disciplines across Technology and Systems, this role will report into the Head of Finance. The business partner role will be focussed on providing all aspects of financial support to 3 Technology areas as well as working with the Head of Finance on a number of IT finance projects. Knowledge, Skills and Experience This individual will have to have a positive attitude and be someone who can help the team effect tangible improvement in IT Finance Practices. You will have a track record of providing high quality Finance and Business Partner support to a Technology area, along with experience of IT financial management disciplines and concepts. Have strong stakeholder management skills and communication skills are key to the success of this role. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of the business plan and forecasting cycles for their technology areas Produce high quality, insightful monthly management information- support ongoing understanding and communication of risk and opportunities to achieving business plan and help technology develop mitigating actions. Deliver ongoing process and quality improvement in MI reporting Manage the recharging process for IT services to customer business units. Work to improve recharge transparency and sophistication Work closely with technology projects and PMO team to understand how investment runway projects impact T&S cost base in future years and reflect in forecasts and Business Plan. Work closely with Group Finance tea to ensure accounting process adhere to Group policies and standards Deputise for head of finance as required Finance Business Partner- London- £500 per day This role is being represented by Annapurna on behalf of the client
