The Group is six months into a transformation of its systems and processes and this new role has been created to work with the Group Finance Director to drive this momentum forward, support in beddingin systems/process/culture change and contribute to the development of future improvements and strategies. Reporting into the Group FD you will provide support and oversight to ensure the department provides a first class, proactive suite of services to the Group which adds genuine value, building quality and assuring clientfocused service delivery. The Group Finance Director will be the lead on the development and delivery of the finance departmental plan to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. The main day to day duties include working closely with the Financial Controller and team managers regarding business planning, financial operations, policies, systems and process, and management information and analysis. Salary & Benefits £45,000 TO £55,000 plus benefits The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
