This is an excellent opportunity to join an award winning General Insurance firm as a Cyber Risk Manager. The Cyber Risk Manager is responsible for second line oversight of the Cyber risks within the business and ensuring the risk management framework is embedded within the relevant business areas. Specifically, your particular focus will be working with the business teams to document and evaluate business risks and ensure that appropriate mitigating control measures and activities are in place. Providing objective advice and challenge in respect of risk management in all business areas, in order to identify and help resolve issues which may have a detrimental effect on the company or its customers. Ensuring that key processes such as Quarterly Risk Assessments, the SMCR and the Issue management Policy are duly observed. To be successful with your application, you must have the ability to demonstrate practical application of the principles of risk management and familiarity with the regulatory environment in which it takes place, preferably in a general insurance environment.
