A FTSE 250 company based in the Northern home counties are looking to bring Internal Audit in-house. The CFO is looking for a Head of Audit who has previous audit committee exposure to come in and set-up the function Key

Responsibilities:
To work with the team in assisting ongoing programs of successful internal audits To work closely with external and internal stakeholders to deliver on your Internal Audit plan Build an Internal Audit function from scratch, including setting up Internal Controls procedures Quarterly audit committee meetings as well as reporting into the CFO You will need to be able to commit to 30% international travel The successful candidate will have: Will need to be ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIA fully qualified Previous set-up experience Background in the Big 4 and at least 8 years in industry is preferable The ability to work autonomously and run projects to a high standard, whilst managing your time successfully Ability to work well under pressure, whilst producing results Ability to build a vibrant team and manage own workload
