Purpose of the Role
• Support Business Management team to coordinate, organise, report and manage key IM business management processes, cadence, status and action planning
• Provide structure, oversight and direction to the IM Commercial Operations and Product Management team, ensuring that the strategy and plan as agreed by the Commercial Operations & PM Director and the IM LT is being implemented within the function and the wider business
• Support the PM team, CFM team, finance team and Suwon office with the following: oSD/nSD/Profit planning, modeling and reporting in a consistent framework oOrganisation management and of the Management, Shilheng & Sokbo processes oManagement of the IM Book oAd hoc reporting requests
• Manage the Shillheng and Sokbo process, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned to the target plan, and communicate any risks associated with the proposed target to the PM & ComOps Director, Business Strategy Directors, Sales Director and Head of Division
• Provide audit and report function as requested on any IM function as directed by the Head of Business Management
• Support PM/CFM/SCM team with the citical simulation and business management task
• Create, maintain and communicate the master ComOps & PM Action Plan tracker captured all critical actions, owner and status.Hold owners to account for deadlines and actions
• Work with the centralised BI team (Project Ace) to offload manual time consuming business management tasks to the centralised reporting function
• Support the Management local profit and CGS process with SCM & finance
• Fundamentally be responsible for the organisation and management of the core business operational processes, structures and cadence that manages the business Ongoing temporary role, 6 months with a view to extend.
