Accounts Assistant Location : Bracknell
Salary:
Dependant on experience free onsite parking. Hours of Work : Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm with an hour for lunch. My client who are based in Bracknell are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious individual with a keen willingness to learn all aspects of the Finance Department and who is looking for a career within a growing organisation as an Accounts Assistant. To be successful in this role, you will have experience in Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger, Bank Reconciliations and Credit Control. The Accounts Assistant will be highly organised individual and work well as part of a team. Daily Duties Purchase and Sales Ledger processing Bank reconciliations and bank transfers Credit control Liaising with external finance departments and suppliers on phone and email VAT returns Preparing month end including accruals and prepayments. Skills/Qualifications/Experience AAT Level 3 Flexible, highly motivated and willing to help out where necessary. Proficient user of Sage Line 50, and Microsoft Office. A record of suggesting and implementing new systems, whilst also strictly adhering to existing accounting procedures, would also be an advantage.
