SME Group Finance Director - Russian speaker Exciting opportunity for a Russian speaking Finance Director to join this growing services based group which has a head office in London and interests across countries in The CIS and Eastern Europe. Working with an entrepreneurial Managing Director, you will be an important member of the senior management team, overseeing all things financial for this established Group but also helping to shape strategy and enhancing systems and procedures. To apply successfully for this role, you MUST be a fluent Russian speaker and be comfortable managing a team split between London and Russia, which will involve fairy regular international travel. You will be a qualified Accountant already working in an FD or FC role and enjoy being involved with detail as well as having commercial / strategic input. This is a highly data enabled / data driven business so any experience you have in a similar environment or with data transformation projects would be beneficial. A basic salary of between £80k and £100k is being offered along with a flexible benefits package and holiday entitlement as well as the possibility of working some days from home if attractive.
