The Role: Full responsibility for financial control within the commercial side of a group of customer accounts Leading the billing process to ensure it's completed accurately and on time Customer Liaison Purchase Order signoff and investigation Customer P&Ls Managemen New Business & Projects Costings Hardware Procurement Backup within the team Management of 2 Commercial Analysts and Procurement Lead What do you need: CIMA/ACCA qualified, ideally with 2 years PQE Proven experience in commercial finance Understanding of profitability and be able to drive improvements Understanding of new business costings Ability to ensure high quality processes that can deliver accurate, timely and insightful information in key cost and revenue areas Ability to lead and develop a small team whilst also being able to work cross functionally across finance and non-finance Excellent analytical skills and the ability to look at problems logically and work them through to a successful conclusion Ability to trouble shoot, problem solve and make decisions Confidence in holding and chairing meetings with internal and external stakeholders Ability to build good working relationships A passion to drive to be involved in continuously improving processes and controls Self-motivated and ability to plan and prioritise high volumes Possess credibility and gravitas Confidence to challenge the status quo where necessary and initiate change
