Your day to day role may be working within our finance team, but your contribution will be far wider as you help us to deliver clean, safe drinking water to all our 3.6 million customers every single day. What will you be doing? You will be working with a mix of stakeholders in the business to ensure that invoices, credits and receipts are processed accurately on a daily basis. You will also be responsible for interacting with customers to receive payments and resolve any invoice queries. Time will be of the essence as you will be working within short turnaround time periods at certain points in our month end processing and reporting timetables. Outside of your day job, where you will be sitting in a team of three, you will be involved with and contributing towards team monthly meetings on departmental activities. You will also be involved in the continuous improvement of processes within the wider finance team as we implement the brand new Oracle Fusion system. What's in it for you?
