Employment Tax Manager We are searching for an experienced Employment Tax Manager Job Summary To work as part of a regional Employer Solutions team as an employment taxes specialist and to help ensure that clients receive a quality service in all aspects. Responsibilities Dealing with all employment taxes matters arising on clients, to include P11D, PSA, termination payments, status, PAYE/NIC health check reviews, disclosures, HMRC enquiries, CIS, etc. Will also become involved in the design, implementation and compliance of salary sacrifice arrangement and advice in connection with the tax treatment of equity arrangements, so experience will be an advantage but not core provided that there is a willingness to learn and broaden experience. Identifying Business Development opportunities on existing clients for progression with support. The role requires: Essential Candidates must be ATT/CTA or ACA qualified, may have previously worked at HMRC Ideally have 1-4 years relevant experience Be comfortable conversing with and reporting to senior people both at client and RSM Client focused with an ability to meet deadlines and present a positive image of RSM Identifying selling opportunities incidental to the stated duties Desirable Positive attitude, willingness to be flexible Able to work independently and as part of a team with strong communications skills Note: This job description reflects the present requirements of the role.
