The Accounts Payable Assistant will be responsible for maintaining their own set of supplier accounts to meet requirements of the Finance department and the business as a whole. You will be responsible for processing high volume invoices on a timely basis, maintaining accurate ledger accounts and and having a professional relationship with the business and their suppliers. The Accounts Payable Assistant will be Coding and processing invoices and liaising with the relevant departments within the business to obtain authorisation.
