Norwich Hours: 37.5 hours per week Salary range: £30,692 - £39,015 per annum As Finance Manager you will be responsible for the preparation, development and analysis of key financial information enabling the charity's Executive Team and Trustees to make well-informed decisions regarding service development, future stability and sustainability of the charity. Building effective relationships across the charity, you will work closely with budget holders, co-ordinating the annual budgeting process to deliver a draft budget. You will also manage the payroll and pension processes on behalf of the charity, liaising with the payroll bureau and reconciling actual results to standard. You will lead, monitor, appraise, develop and motivate your team, managing the day to day running of an effective and timely charity finance function, ensuring all statutory requirements are met. Monitoring and evaluating financial information systems you will continuously look to improve processes and procedures and support the annual audit.
