The organisation is based in South West London/Surrey border and has a unique and highly successful range of niche healthcare brands, alongside both regional and international offices, they also have a UK manufacturing site. The business is on a very exciting fast track and ambitious growth trajectory and this appointment will play a pivotal role with the strategic & commercial objectives which will involve both organic growth and potential acquisition. The role will be working very closely and business partnering the CEO. Reporting directly to the CEO and playing a key role across the senior management leadership team (Manufacturing/Operations/Commercial/Supply Chain), you will lead & motivate the current finance team which consists of senior finance reports across Financial Control/FP&A/Treasury & AP, and you will also be responsible for company secretarial duties and therefore experience of this would also be beneficial. This is a fantastic opportunity for a high calibre commercial Finance Director or CFO who is seeking a true commercial business partnering leadership role, you will have industry experience within one of the following sectors FMCG/Healthcare/Pharmaceutical, experience of manufacturing and supply chain is advantageous and ideally you will bring a mixture of blue chip and mid-size company exposure.
