Investigo are exclusively partnering a Global Engineering company in Surrey to recruit an FP&A Manager due to ongoing growth plans. You will be a key business partnering supporting the executive leadership teams across the group. Fully responsible for defining and implementing strategic financial focus, evaluating financial results and supporting business. Other duties include: Monthly/Quarterly reporting Responsible for financial reporting and analysis Budgeting and forecasting team management We are looking for the following experience. ACA, CIMA or ACCA Qualified Previous experience in FP&A and a Commercial Finance environment Proven capability in building and developing a team Ability to influence and navigate the business partnering and stakeholders, and work effectively within cross-functional teams. Experience with change management within an acqusitive environment.
