Interaction Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be representing a well established and reputable business in their search for a payroller for their site in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. Reporting to the Group Finance Manager in a standalone role, this role is responsible for carrying out all aspects of payroll, which includes but is not limited to: Processing payroll for up to 500 weekly and monthly paid staff Ensure all payments are made to external providers, such as Pension, NI, HMRC Statutory returns - RTI, Pension Issuing of P60/P45/P11D and payslips Deal with any queries from both internal and external parties Maintain staff records of staff absence and holiday Process all starters and leavers Amending pay details when required, Check and process overtime/additonal hours claims, mileage sheets and any other adhoc amendments Any other duties as required Applications are welcomed from individuals with the following skills and experience: Previous experience of running and end to end payroll within a small business environment IT Literate, ideally with Access Payroll (not essential) Flexible and resilient character Excellent communication skills In return, the client are able to offer a stable working environment, as part of a well established and friendly team.
