The Company: We're currently working alongside a fantastic recruitment group that contains several innovative brands covering different disciplines, they're growing quickly and currently have offices throughout the UK and are looking to expand overseas imminently. They've grown rapidly with a current headcount of 70 and £1 million EBITDA, their focus is on continuing growth and their overseas expansion. They've built a fantastic entrepreneurial, organic and meritocratic environment with a strong focus on integrity, they'd love to find someone with aligned values to join the team. You'll need experience in the recruitment sector, a strong and vibrant personality and the ability to work closely with the recruitment consultants on factors relating to commission, bonus and systems. Currently their finance function is predominately outsourced and they're looking to move this in house, this project would really suit someone from a solid accounts receivable background who also has experience with system integration. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation where you will report directly into the CFO and the COO, you'll get to flex your business partnering skills on a daily basis and, there's potential for the role to develop into a permanent position on completion of the project. The Project: A multi-faceted role that includes but is not limited to: . Outsourced Solutions . Implementation and integration of systems . Full review the pay & bill function . Partner with the consultants on rolling out changes . Support with the tender for ID . Creation of Management reporting. . Creating Accounts payable function . Designing Accounts Receivable processes . Both contractor and consultant payroll management .
