Palladium House, 1-4 Argyll Street, London, W1F 7LD Role: This is an Accounts Senior role which will involve preparing accounts, company tax and other general accounting responsibilities for a mixed and interesting client base from source documents. The role will suit an ACCA/ICAEW qualified candidate or someone who is qualified by experience and have a strong understanding of Financial Reporting Standards and dont want nor require any audit experience.

Responsibilities:
Preparation of financial statements for both incorporated and unincorporated entities including LLPs, with preparation of file to support the accounts prepared Preparation of accounts for UK companies in accordance with UK GAAP and FRS102. Preparation of accounts for offshore companies Experience with PAYE/VAT/Income and Corporation Tax Liaising and building relationships with clients and across departments Carrying out ad-hoc assignments You will also assist and supervise junior members of the team, providing them with guidance and expertise. Requirements Essential criteria: ACCA/ICAEW qualified or qualified by equivalent experience Previous experience within an accountancy practice with accounts preparation and taxation (preferably) Skills and personal attributes required: Good communication skills, written and oral Good compliance/accounts production skills Self-managing Good time keeping & organisation skills Experience of working with budgets Ability to meet internal and external deadlines Team player Maintain high standards of work Experience in using different accounting software systems Good Microsoft Office knowledge
