Responsibilities:
Reporting to Accounts Manager Raising purchase orders Inputting and matching suppliers' invoices against purchase orders Updating spread sheets Assisting with collection of missing payments Look at staff expenses and change accordingly Daily bank reconciliations Create sales invoices Assisting in the preparation of reports and journals General Administration duties including filing documents, speaking to colleagues, clients and general public, covering reception when required The successful applicant: Actively completing/completed an AAT qualification. Great attention to detail with forward thinking and eager to build their career. Computer literate with an aptitude for numbers Able to confidently use Excel and other systems such as Sage Line 50. Build relationships with colleagues, clients and general public Confident verbal and written communication
