A leading FTSE 100 property developer based in Surrey is looking to hire commercially orientated Finance Manager. A key role in the business, with little routine, the successful applicant will work closely with the senior management team and operational stakeholders providing financial support to ensure the continued success of the business. Key responsibilities will include: Financial modelling/analysis and investment appraisals of new land and site acquisitions Owning all financial aspects for a specific development, including cash flow forecasting, real time appraisals, and financial due dilligence Driving quality reporting and presentation, both written and verbal to financial and non financial stakeholders Developing detailed commercial and legal understanding of all development aspects Ad hoc project work, supporting the FD and MD to contribute to the wider business Applicant Requirements: Strong academic background ACA qualified from practice with minimum 2 years PQE Experience in investment appraisal or M&A/Corporate Finance is advantageous Strong familiarity with financial modelling Excellent communication skills Tenacious, can do approach
