Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently recruiting an Accounts Assistant role for a company based in Cardiff. The successful candidate will be an experienced individual who has excellent accounting knowledge to help perform various transactional duties within the business. This position is to report into the Financial Controller. The position is on a 5month temporary basis, which could extend further. Key Responsibilities - Sales ledger administration - Purchase ledger administration - Cashbook postings - General finance administration Your Profile - Previous experience of performing the duties listed above. - Experience of working with high volumes of data. - IT literate, including Microsoft Office, and most importantly Excel. - Outstanding accounting knowledge. - The ability to use your own initiative and work independently as well as part of a team. - Attention to detail and a logical approach to problem solving.
