Commercial Finance Manager An exceptional role is now available, at a pioneering engineering firm working from their head office in the South Birmingham area. This role is initially available on an interim basis and for the right individual, progression to a permanent C-Suite financial leadership role. Following substantial investment and a market leading product range, this business has serious growth plans. They are collaborating with local and overseas firms to work on innovative product development, whilst ensuring market leading designs. With an impactful board they need a highly regarded accountant with established experience in financial controls, coupled with commercial business planning projects. You will be involved in strategic business planning, product design commercial, cost accounting initiatives, central financial management, budgeting and forecasting, ensuring timely financial reports and continuous business process improvement and analysis. The ideal candidate will be a chartered accountant who has qualified in one of the top ten accountancy firms. You will have had a progressive career in the engineering and manufacturing sector. You will be well regarded for allowing business growth and streamlining costs. Availability at short notice is essential and you will be open to some business travel.
