Temporary Accounts Assistant needed for at least 3 months in Derby to support in a project within the Accounts team. Working in a team of 3 responsibilities will include - Inputting purchase invoices onto Sage 50 - Raising credit notes - Cash allocation and bacs payments onto customer accounts - Account reconciliation - Credit control from phone calls to producing letters and completing paperwork for Debt collections - Putting customer on stop and accessing credit limits - Inputting orders and allocating stock - Inputting supplier invoices onto system The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Accounts Assistant and will be available to for at least 3 months on a full time basis (9am - 5pm) Experience in Sage would be a strong advantage and excellent Excel skills are essential.
