c£50-55k 8% Pension 5 Weeks Holiday Early finish Friday Are you an experienced Tax manager or tax accountant looking to progress within a expanding environment? I am currently working with a Leading practice looking to expand their tax division. The role will offer a large amount of autonomy to create how you see fit within an established firm and play a crucial part in the continued growth of the business. Client Details: This mid-sized Practice provides a wide range of financial, tax and business advice to a diverse client base. They focus on advising owner-managed businesses in a variety of commercial sectors, property clients, wealthy individuals, partnerships, academies, charities, other not-for-profit organisations and other specialist and interesting clients. Description: This role would be newly created within the firm. Giving the right person the autonomy and support to grow how they see fit. It will include continuing relationships with existing clients plus building and developing new tax and compliance relationships. Providing holistic tax advice to a portfolio of clients at the moment around 70% personal and 30% Corporate. Profile: You will be an experienced tax accountant or manager looking to progress and have the freedom to build a division. Excellent communication skills are a must as you would be expected to expand and utilise your network to create business opportunities. Along with the ability and experience to manage the junior members of the team. Ideally you will be at least ATT or CTA qualified, but for the right person study support could be available.
