Payroll Manager
Reed Accountancy are really excited to be working on this fantastic role, working for a large company near Woodbridge. The role is a 50/50 mix of Payroll & HR duties. It is a really interesting role, and something to put your own stamp on. The successful candidate will make a difference with a fresh set of eyes, new ideas, and bringing the business into 2020. Running monthly payrolls across x4 departments Using Pegasus ( Opera) system to run payroll Statutory Returns P11d duties Policy reviews - Expenses and HR Administration Ensure all HR documents and administration is up to date including Employee files, contracts, new starters/leavers/changes to terms/all HR documentation Review of whole payroll/HR process to suggest improvements/efficiencies All HR and Payroll related administration
