Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Officer with experience using Sun System? Looking for a challenging role within a vibrant team and provide vital support to the purchase ledger team? If so, then read on I am working with a leading not for profit organisation based in North London to recruit an interim Accounts Payable Officer. This role will be for a period of 3 months and with the possibility of extension. Reporting into the Finance Manager, the main responsibilities of the interim Finance Officer are as follows: - Process, scan and code a backlog of invoices. - Set up new suppliers and be the point of contact for queries from existing suppliers. - Chase outstanding payments from suppliers. - Carry out adhoc administrative tasks as required including some Sales Ledger tasks.
