Axon Moore are currently representing an established, market leading business based in Stoke who are looking for a highly capable accountant to join in a business-critical role. Reporting to the Commercial Director, the successful applicant will have a background in a manufacturing environment, a commercial mindset and aspirations for continual development. Working in a business partnering capacity with a variety of internal stakeholders such as operations, production and sales; it is essential to have strong communication skills and history dealing with both internal and external stakeholders. Coupled with partnering duties, the role will provide a clear opportunity for exposure to M&A, commercial analysis and providing financial insight to business strategy. The role will require a technically strong candidate, managing a small team responsible for the Management Accountant and key reporting requirements such as ownership over costing systems.
