I am currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant in Braintree This is a varied role involving Sales ledger, Purchase Ledger and Credit Control. Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm or 9am-5pm Duties include: Sales Ledger Raising and sending sales invoices Posting receipts Resolving customer queries Credit Control Raising statements Monitoring customer balances Chasing late payments Accounts Payable Processing purchase invoices Preparing weekly payment runs Resolution of supplier queries and raising debit notes Dealing with multiple currencies Monitoring facility balances Raising trade payments and repayments Maintaining, updating and reconciling cash flow forecasts Maintaining invoice finance facility Maintaining shipping document log Fielding phone calls Sage 200, Excel, Word, Outlook Working within a friendly open plan office, free parking
