CREDIT CONTROLLER | PRIDE PARK | TEMP TO PERM | COMPETITIVE BONUS STRUCTURE I am currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller based in Pride Park to have full autonomy over many of the key accounts that they work with, many of which are household brands you will recognise. This is a varied and exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller to join the team in a relationship-focused role within a company with fantastic branding and a global customer base. Main duties include daily checking customer accounts and chasing payments according to the account terms. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Daily checking customer accounts and chase payments to keep within account terms Dealing with customer queries Cash receipting and allocation of payments and discounts Checking and raising credits ledger maintenance - reviewing account status and keep debtor days to a minimum Taking card payments Working with other departments to ensure that the company continue to provide excellent customer service Working hours: 0900 - 1700 30 mins lunch Parking on-site This is a temporary to permanent opportunity where there is every intention of making the position permanent and you MUST be immediately available to be considered for this role.
