A Global Media Planning and Buying Agency based in London are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join their outgoing, busy Finance team. This is a permanent opportunity, and study support is available. Duties include, but are not limited to : Management of house payables ledger, posting of invoices and account reconciliation Processing of employee expense claims, including weekly payment runs Management and review of the Work in Progress ledger including raising of manual invoices Assist with the preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations Assist the Billing & Credit Control Manager with media billing Preparation and uploading of journals Assist the Finance team with ad hoc requests, as necessary The ideal candidate : 1-2 years experience within a Finance role Experience within the Media Industry is advantageous Enthusiastic, can do attitude A minimum of 5 GCSE qualifications grade A-C
