Commercial Finance Manager London £60,000 - £70,000 package Permanent My client, a global Consultancy based in London, is looking for a highly commercial Finance Business Partner who will work closely with Partners and Business Leaders of a high profile division. With a focus on margin, the successful candidate will manage multiple aspects of commercial finance including modelling to support commercial decision making, budgeting and forecasting. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Work closely with the Business Leaders to deliver the financial aspect of the strategic planning process Monitor financial performance, executing insightful modelling and margin analysis to highlight risks, and opportunities to drive performance Work in tandem with the Partners in supporting business cases - pricing, investment analysis and implement new practices to improve profitability Continuous reforecasting against annual business plan to deliver the financial performance laid out Candidate profile: Commercial acumen with the ability to challenge and persuade senior leadership Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) with significant experience in a similar, outwardly facing role in a large organisation Strong Excel and Presentation skills Proven background in a fast-paced environment - professional service / partnership environment highly desirable Experience explaining finance to non-finance colleagues Badenoch Clark acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
