You will have the chance to gain a broad insight into a wide range of risk management activities. Primarily, you will focus on operational risk management across our EMEA entities. You will support the identification of key risks and their adequate reflection, and ensure that reasonable risk mitigations are implemented. Reviewing the quality of risk and incident reporting, tracking progress, sharing relevant reports and driving ongoing improvement will be part of your job. You will be responsible for leading the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) process. This includes planning, coordinating, tracking and writing reports in collaboration with the expert teams as well as continuously improving our processes. As part of our partner review and due diligence responsibilities, you will review partners and deals as well as product proposals to support Risk Management's signature. About You You are passionate about working in the fast-paced environment of a young insurance company committed to the digitalization of insurance business You are an independent and critical thinker, willing to challenge constructively, with a can-do-attitude, curious and keen to learn. You have 2-3 years of experience in operational risk management in a Financial institution with solid general knowledge/experience in Risk Management You have an understanding of business processes in Primary Insurance Business (life and non-life) You bring excellent delivery skills; assume responsibility for your own products and manage timelines adequately and independently in an area that is fluid and dynamic You are an analytical person, able to handle ambiguity, embrace change and you are eager to learn As a strong communicator, you have the ability to seamlessly interact with colleagues across functions, across locations in EMEA and on all levels You would be willing to travel once in a while (within EMEA) Your English is excellent, other European languages are helpful Minimum base salary for this job from 1500 EUR gross/month/full time.
