Job profile summary This role is responsible for the user security access management process and related security access activities. The role will support all users of Finance Business Warehouse (FBW) and Global Financial Template (GFT) including the Master data client (ZRG). Working in a team with third parties (for eg. Accenture) and other businesses or functions, the incumbent will coordinate and manage the end to end process of the user access requirements ensuring the user access complies with the security controls, audit requirements and Digital Security Policies. Additionally, this position plays an important role of managing the access to BPs financial data and will manage all privileged user accounts as well as related controls. This role will perform all procedures, monitoring, validation and audit checks necessary to ensure that BPs financial information remains secure.This role will also involve interaction with numerous other parties and businesses or functions. This role will perform all procedures, monitoring, validation and audit checks necessary to ensure that BPs financial information remains secure. This role will also involve interaction with numerous other parties and businesses or functions. Key Accountabilities Support the security related processes including users access management and the maintenance of the relevant security related hierarchies Perform reconciliation of organizational units to determine the in-scope go-live consolidation units Perform impact assessment and update the authorizations for any changes implemented including the request of new authorization where required Assist in the co-ordination of the regular user access reviews to ensure user access rights are appropriate and updated accordingly Maintain the list of site approvers and seek regular confirmation periodically for any changes Work with the Security Lead to monitor and review inactive users and ensure appropriate action is taken according to the security policies and procedures Maintain all relevant documentation and template relating to security controls Coordinate and investigate any security incidents relating to access management Support the data collection for all the FBW users for the purpose of distribution group maintenance Provide the subject matter expert for the security related changes or enhancement and work with the related parties to define the requirement Participate and support any user acceptance testing relating to security changes and improvement Educate and train users on security access matters. Essential criteria & qualifications Degree in Information Security or equivalent business degree in finance, accounting or IT or professional qualification A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience exposed to security access management or related process within the Finance or IT team of a business segment or relevant areas of the central Finance or IT functions Experience in SAP security and business controls or related security access management process Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and demonstrate strong leadership skills Desirable criteria & qualifications Experience in security policy development and compliance testing Proven ability to develop and implement information security policies, procedures, standards and guidelines Knowledge of information security standards and rules and regulations related to information security and data confidentiality Familiar with regulatory and legal requirements (e.g. SOX) Understanding of IT general computer controls Experience with security or financial control processes in a manufacturing and/or commercial business context.
