Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for general financial and administrative tasks adding value to the smooth running of the finance team. Looking after the purchase ledger function from start to finish, your duties will include; Processing and code purchase invoices Assisting with expenses processing Working closely with stakeholders and resolving queries Managing and reconciling suppliers Performing the monthly reconciliation of the nominal Preparing BACS payment runs The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, have a good level of IT literacy, notably in Excel, and will enjoy speaking to people at all levels. Previous experience in purchase ledger is essential as is the ability to manage your own workload and ensure that deadlines are met.
