I am partnering with a global company based in Oldham who are keen to appoint an Accounts Assistant into the team. The company offers stability, opportunity for development and a supportive working environment. Reporting to the Financial Controller your main responsibilities will include: Managing the Purchase Ledger Process Supporting with the management of the sales ledger Responsibility for the cashbook payments and receipts Liaising with other departments resolving queries Ad-hoc reporting as required This role is suitable for an Accounts Assistant who has at least 2 years experience in a similar role and is keen to work in a team environment. You will be confident and enjoy stretching your knowledge to enable your development within the role. Strong IT and Excel skills are advantageous however a good work ethic and willingness to learn and pick thing up quickly is as important.
