Brand new role for a motivated and enthusiastic Finance Assistant who would like to enhance their accounting knowledge with the prospect of progression. You will be joining a vibrant and diverse team and will be responsible for the following: Communicating with clients on a daily basis and resolving customers queries regarding various finance matters Ensuring all invoices are paid in accordance with their terms and do not become overdue Develop and maintain effective communication channels with all departments ensuring that necessary support and information is transferred Understand and communicate HMRC deadlines to clients in relation to VAT/PAYE Communicating the agency processes to clients in relation to invoices and payments Use current systems and analyse current processes to be in a position to suggest enhancements This role would suit someone who has excellent attention to detail and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service through accurate and timely processes
