Purpose To support and add value to Farrow & Ball's growth through the provision of insightful and actionable commercial analysis, enabling effective decision making and drive profitability and growth throughout the company. Summary of Main Duties and Responsibilities : Support the business in providing information, analysis and insight to maintain and accelerate growth. Assist the commercial team in the creation of sales budgets and forecasts. Be a key member of project teams providing accurate and timely information to assist in creating business cases plus the setting and monitoring of KPIs Creation and maintenance of models reviewing transactional data to correctly highlight trends and recommend changes in a timely manner aimed at increase performance. Assist in producing and monitoring KPI's/dashboards across the business. Significant interaction with key stakeholders within the business, particularly Sales and Marketing departments to ensure information needed is collated and prioritised to provide the business with consistent and accurate recommendations. Creation and stress testing of different financial models to ensure the business optimises profitability whilst also improves customer experience.
