Our client in Watford require an immediately available Purchase Ledger clerk for a long term sickness cover on a part-time basis (25 hours per week) Role The role is a part-time sickness cover looking after the Accounts Payable function for the entire business. Daily responsibilities include: -Matching, batching and coding of purchase invoices -Payment runs -Weekly Bank reconciliations -Customer query resolution -Use of Microsoft Excel Profile This role would ideally suit someone with the following experience: -Minimum of 1 year Accounts Payable experience -Experience in working with high volume processing -Experience with Excel - data entry level -Have set up payment runs -Liaised with customers in resolving queries Company The company is an IT business based in Watford. Parking is plentiful and there are also links to overground stations nearby. Salary & Benefits 11 - 13.50 per hour dependant on experience. The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training .
