The Exciting Opportunity The Financial Controller contributes to RBH's goals and values by supporting the General Manager with managing the Finance function within the hotel and ensuring that accounting, payroll, payment, receipt, banking and cash handling data is processed accurately. What Are We Looking For? We're looking for an individual who has; at least 2 years' experience in a similar role experience dealing with Heads of Departments, Reception and Night teams with regards to night audit, cash handling, billing and payment practices. experience of using Opera and / or FOLS would be desirable. excellent communication skills, a team player and enjoy a hand's on role. Key Responsibilities; Ensure that all relevant financial data is processed accurately and promptly and contribute to the continuous improvement of these processes. Produce accurate and timely account reconciliations Provide ad-hoc financial information and data at the request of management Practice good data protection and information security management and ensure familiarity with relevant policies, procedures and guidelines.
