Please apply today You will be accountable for all aspects of Finance within the organisation and will work in close co-operation with the Chief Executive, Directors and the Company Secretary. You will be responsible for the robust and efficient strategic planning, management and accounting for the whole company. Some of your duties will include: Provide leadership to the board on finance and accounting strategy to optimise the organisations financial performance Lead and manage all finance related matters and the finance team to ensure compliance with the company related financial regulations and policies Inform CEO and board of any possible irregularities Contribute fully to the development of the organisation's strategy and service delivery across all areas of the business, assumptions and decision making, providing financial analysis and financial guidance on all activities, plans and targets Develop and oversee the quality of relevant management information, budgeting, auditing and forecasting processes Delivery of monthly and annual consolidated accounts Management of a payroll team, payroll providers to ensure the accurate and timely payment of salaries Be responsible for overseeing payment of invoices and seeking recovery of monies owed in a timely and efficient manner Personification: Qualified (ACCA or CIMA) Must have a strong track record of leading a team of financial professionals Must have experience of negotiating contractual agreements Must have experience in educational funding Must be an innovative leader, with a clear understanding of how finance can support the desired outcomes of the organisation Have a detailed knowledge and experience of using computerised systems for budget management Knowledge of legislation affecting payment of salaries, pensions and provision of benefits Ability to collate statistical data accurately and present in accessible written reports Please apply today by uploading your CV or ring Dolly on or email for further information.
