Credit Controller - Contract - Watford - £10 - £14 per hour IN2 Consult have an exciting new opportunity for a Credit Controller to work with our fun, dynamic and very successful business based in Watford. The purpose of the role This role is working collaboratively with the wider Credit Control team to develop business practices and all related processes and data related to Credit Control and Dispute Management. Focussing on a specialised ledger, the core day to day duties of this role are to minimise the debt on the ledger to minimise DSO and help improve the cash flow and cash management in a large business. It is also very heavy on building strong business relationships with the clients of the company. The Responsibilities Of This Role Chasing outstanding debts via telephone, email and letter Building strong, long lasting relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Reporting on collected debts Creating ways for customers to pay their debts Handle all internal and external queries related to your ledger Ensuring all remittances, directdebits and credit card processing as well as credit note management dispute cases are handled within a timely manner to minimise DSO Whats in it for you?
