This extremely professional and highly impressive organisation is currently looking to recruit a Senior Accounts Payable Associate for a senior and highly responsible role in assisting with payments to Suppliers and Staff & ensure they are processed efficiently. You will ensure that day-to-day activities are kept up to date and all targets and deadlines are met and a summary of the tasks involved appears below: Check nominals and departments are correct Sending out invoices to authorisers Scanning invoices Checking authorisation limits Processing payments to suppliers Administration of the Staff expense reimbursement process. Processing of Branch Petty Cash. Processing of Corporate Credit Cards. Supplier management. Our client are looking for someone who has high volume accounts payable experience and who is also a career AP person, someone with a consistent and loyal career record who wants to join this company and be extremely dedicated and professional. Applications for this are therefore particularly invited from candidates with senior level accounts payable experience with strong Excel skills who are looking to join a company on a long term basis.
