Walters People have partnered with a high growth healthcare company who are looking to hire an Accounts payable assistant. Are you an experienced Accounts payable assistant seeking a new and challenging role? Are you looking for a job that's going to offer you the flexibility and the freedom to work at your own initiative? If so, my client is a high growth digital healthcare business who have raised in excess of £500m and due to natural growth, they are looking to hire an experienced Accounts Payable assistant. Reporting into a highly impressive Accounts payable manager, you will be processing a high number of supplier invoices, expenses and staff credit controls. Further responsibilities include: Reviewing the Accounts Payable inbox Processing of supplier/ contractor invoices ensuring invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner Performing supplier statement reconciliations Raising purchase orders, ensuring PO's are closed if they are no longer required Reconcile employee expenses The ideal candidate will be experienced with 3-5 years' experience working in Accounts payable. This individual will be used to processing a high volume of invoices and have the ability to work towards tight deadlines. Interpersonally you will be well-presented, outgoing and have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. On offer is a competitive salary and outstanding company benefits.
